Hotel Development – Saudi Arabia

Overview:

This project showcases the complete development of a boutique hotel in Saudi Arabia, starting from raw land all the way to façade design and external landscaping. Our scope included land preparation, master planning, spatial zoning, architectural design, and visual identity of the exterior.

Our goal was to create a functional, elegant hospitality space that optimizes land usage while offering guests a visually impactful and welcoming experience.

The second level hosts ten rooms, each designed with a minimalist aesthetic and soothing palette to ensure every guest feels at ease. Guest Rooms (10 Rooms) Ten rooms. One design language. Each room reflects the hotel’s modern identity — clean lines, natural materials, and a sense of space that invites rest.
